The Bearer of these cards has lawfully corrected & expressed their standing and requires that their rights not be trespassed upon; that they are unhindered while travelling and using all manner of services both Public & Private.
The rights of Men & Woman to freedom of movement; equal treatment when accessing goods; services, learning institutes, healthcare facilities; accommodation; travel / public services and self expression of their vocation & beliefs. Éire’s equality rights under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) were established when Éire ratified the treaty on the 1st of October 1989; this international law came into effect in Éire on the 8th of March 1990; it recognizes and expresses the rights of men and women who are of the age of majority. We refer to articles 3, 12, and 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights:
Article 3
The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil and political rights set forth in the present Covenant.
Article 12
- Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence.
- Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own.
Article 18
- Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.
- No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice.
