The Bearer of these cards has lawfully corrected & expressed their standing and requires that their rights not be trespassed upon; that they are unhindered while travelling and using all manner of services both Public & Private.
The rights of Men & Woman to freedom of movement; equal treatment when accessing goods; services, learning institutes, healthcare facilities; accommodation; travel / public services and self expression of their vocation & beliefs.
Ireland’s equality laws within the ICCPR Covenant ratified on the 8th of December 1989; This International law came into effect in Ireland on the 8th day of 1990; it does recognise & express the rights of Men & Woman who have corrected their standing and are of the age of majority;
We refer to articles 3, 12 & 18 of the International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights.
Article 3
The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil and political rights set forth in the present Covenant.
Article 12
1. Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence.
2. Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own.
Article 18
1. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.
2. No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice.
